New Parent Attachment Group

A group for new mothers and their babies, aged 1 month to 7 months, who are worried about or struggling with forming healthy attachments to their new babies.

Group goals include:

  • Learning aspects of different attachment styles,

  • Learning activities to engage your little one in building healthy attachments

  • Emotional support for the challenges of parenting

  • Managing postpartum anxiety / depression

Tough Talks

Parenting doesn't come with a handbook and growing up today today is vastly different from when you were a kid. This is a group to assist parents in navigating the challenging conversations they may have with their adolescences and teens.

Conversation topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Self harm

  • Suicide

  • Social Media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat)

  • Technology Limitations

  • Online Predators

  • Sexuality

  • Dating

  • Gender Transitions

Parenting Support Group

A group to support parents that feel that their children have lost their way, that their kids behaviors have taken over their home and family, or feel that they no longer have any parenting techniques that are effective for their children. Group goals include:

  • Introducing new parenting techniques

  • Emotional support for the day to day challenges for parents

  • Information on how to navigate the school system

  • How to utilize resources available to families
